Getting Started

So you have a late model 3/4 - 1 ton pickup and want to make money!!!!!!!!!!

Requirements for most companies:

1. 3/4 ton or 1 ton rating
2. Truck must have an 8' bed... I don't know of any company that will lease on a short bed due to too many damage claims to fifth wheel trailers because people forget to move the slider back when making tight turns.
3. Class III or higher hitch receiver.
4. Gooseneck hitch.
5. Fifth Wheel... Minimum 20,000 lb rating for some companies.
6. 10,000 lb weight distributing hitch.
7. Breakaway battery.
8. Bed side height not higher than about 57"
9. 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls
10. Plate registration for 26,000 lbs
